  We welcome banner advertising, especially by business owners that are NY based or have offices located within New York State. 

  Banner advertising campaigns are visible in various locations within our main site.  Ad costs are deducted from funds advertisers deposit into their ad accounts. Our Auction area contains its own separate ad system and costs deducted from your funded auction account. To advertise on our auction area, visit the 'Auction' tab above, and register. Next you will be in your Members area where you will see your 'My Banners' button on the left side. Click this and follow the directions. All new users receive a credit to their account but you should add more funds by selecting the 'Account Funding' link.

  Both areas of our site provide our advertisers with multiple targeted advertising locations called "Zones". To make sure your ad shows up frequently, we do limit the number of ads per zone and on the main site system, provide a "Waiting List" for advertisers who wish to advertise in a particular zone if the zone is full. We are currently adding new targeted Zone areas through out the site.  Information below pertains to our Main Site system. First, you are provided with your own password protected "Advertiser Area" where you may.....

• Display html ads ( Commonly known as Pop-Up or Under ads).
  NOTE: We do not recommend these as many use pop-up blockers.
  We do have an alternative 'Sticky Note' system that can NOT be blocked.
  Use your Private Messaging system to request this type of ad.

   After we receive your payment, either by online payment or snail mail check payment*, you may select your zones and upload your ads. To familiarize yourself with our main site Advertising System, advertisers may register for access now or at any time FREE of Charge, however, your Ad campaign will not start until payment is made and received and you upload your ads.

   * Payment Options: You may pay your deposit by online Credit Card using PayPal (member account NOT required) or you can mail your check to us.
   If you wish to pay for advertising by mailing a check or Money Order, AFTER you register, mail your deposit to us. Upon receipt of funds, we will credit your account. Refer to our contact page for mailing address.

    You will notice ad zones located through out the website. Below are some examples of these Ad Zones:

• Main Site Pages Right side panels -- Monthly rate also limited number of advertisers.

• Rotating Banners -- Display in various areas such as  Shopping, Auctions and Discussion Board systems. Not limited.

  These are just a few of our ad location zones. When you register (Remember.. It's Free), you gain access to our system to look it over. While there, you can view the actual rates and availability of each "Zone". Zone information for Auction area may be viewed in your Members Area.
